Detox diet plan is the short form of detoxification diet plan. The body loses 7 pounds in 7 days. It is an effective internal cleansing process.
#1. Juice Day :
Vegetable juices with fruits can be taken for the breakfast, lunch and dinner to preserve all vitamins.
- 1 orange, grapes and 2 spoons of lemon juice
- 7 spoons (150ml) beet and celery juice + 1 spoon vinegar
- 20 spoons (300 ml) cucumber juice, 7 spoons (100 ml) tomato juice and 1tbsp chopped parsley
- 14 spoons carrot juice and 7 spoons apple juice
#2. Potato Day :
Boil 750 grams of potatoes and make a partition of 2-3 portions
- 1slice of bread and 100 gms of cheese
- Make a potato salad with lemon coated outside
- Blend the potato with the milk
- Potato soup made with spices and 1 boiled egg
#3. Rice Day :
Boil 200 grams of rice about 30 minutes in the non salted water. Divide it into five parts and eat a part every 2 hours. Eat fruit and drink fat free vegetable soup in the day time. You are allowed to drink tea without sugar.
#4. Fruit Day :
The breakfast of the ‘fruit day’ starts with one slice of bread, two dietetic rusks, 100 grams of cheese and an apple. For the rest of the day, eat only fruits about 1.5 Kg. You can also add lemon juice with fruit salad, and you are not allowed to eat bananas. During the diet, you have to take minimum 2 liters of water and vegetable soup is mandatory.

#5. Marconi Day :
Add about 150 grams of macaroni in the water and boil it well for the breakfast. Keep it non-salted and divide it into 4 or 5 parts. Take a part every 2 hours in the day, and you can also eat vegetables and fruit juices without sugar.
#6. Vegetable Day :
This is the day when vegetables are used for the whole day. Breakfast must include bread slices and milk. Balance calories with milk and juices. Juices must be taken without SUGAR.
#7. Meat Day :
This is the final day and you are free from vegetable dieting. You are allowed to eat 100 to 150 grams of meat in the baked form. This meat must be taken for lunch. For breakfast, take bread slices or dietary rusks with a small amount of milk without sugar. These are the seven back to back days of detox diet plan. This will remove all the toxic substances in the body.
